Fans of our Mac & Cheese know that we hand-make our Mac & Cheese with craft beer. It’s a little expensive to do it that way, but the added flavor really helps pair the classic American treat with one of our 21 drafts. Now we took it a little further with a Grilled Mac ‘n’ Beer-Cheese sandwich.
We’re currently obsessed with pairing that sandwich with DuClaw’s Dad Bod, which we posted about yesterday. The creamy texture of Mac & Beer Cheese highlights the citrus, juicy notes in Dad Bod. It’s one hell of a combination, and yet another reason to try this DIPA from DuClaw‘s before it runs out.
